You need a Photoshop file with more then one layer. This Photoshop file has two layers "Mouse" and "Cheese".
Hold down the "Shift" key. Click one layer; and then the other. In the layers box, you will see the selected layers go Blue.
With the two layers selected, click "Layers" on the top menu, then "New", then "Group from Layers".
Enter a name for your group, and you are done!
