What is Greasemonkey?
Greasemonkey is a Mozilla Firefox add-on that allows you to customize the way a web page displays. You can use it also with other web browsers, not only Firefox.
It uses Javascript to makes on the fly changes to HTML based web pages. Greasemonkey scripts can be used for adding new functions to web pages.
To use this great tool we need to install the Greasemonkey addon from the Mozilla web page - https://addons.mozilla.org/pl/firefox/addon/748, then we can use one of many Greasemonkey scripts.

1. Lightbox
This script changes the way your browser displays images on popular websites like Google Image Search, Flickr, Wikipedia, Facebook or MySpace. You do not need to enter sub pages to see pictures. The script loads all images into a Lightbox, where you can easily navigate them using keyboard, arrows, or mouse.
2. Gmail Addons
This add-on helps you to navigate GMAIL. It integrates e-mail, calendar, chat, Google reader, notepad and much more into one very useful tool. Check Compatible Gmail Add-ons to see complete list of compatible scripts.
3. Download YouTube Video III
There are many ways to download a video from YouTube, but this is simply the best. This script automatically adds download icon to the YouTube page just below the number of views. If you click on it, it will ask you where to save the FLV file - and that's it!
4. Right Click Menu in Gmail
This Greasemonkey script shows a special "right click" context menu when using Google Gmail. By one click of mouse you can jump to "inbox", "compose new", "sent messages", "contacts", etc. More functionality is coming soon.
5 Google Account Multi-Login
The script removes from google a websites logout button - and replaces it with a multilogin context menu. Now you can switch between Google user accounts very quickly.
6. Videoembed
Automatically adds embedded videos after links to pages like: youtube, myspace, metacafe, google, yahoo, photobucket etc. so it is possible to view the video without opening a new page.
7. Uncensor the Internet
Many websites censor bad language and we see **** instead of censored words. But what if we can decide for ourselves whether we want to see foul language or not? Now it is possible to uncensor the bad language on the fly. All you need is this script.
8. Textarea Backup
Do you ever spend several minutes writing a comment in a form?, then you click the submit button, only to realise that there was connection or database problem. Your comment was not added. You click back on the browser to return to the form, and its empty! Your text is gone, and you have to write it again from scratch.
If you install Textarea Backup script, it will never happen again.
9. Pre-Fill Comments
Sometimes you need to fill several forms, each one on different website. Inputs like name, surname , phone etc. usually are the same. With the Pre-Fill Comments script, filling forms cand be much easier. The script will automatically fill the basic part of form. The script is reconfigured to work with WordPress but it works also with other templates.
10. NoDelay
If you don't like to wait to download a file on websites like RapidShare, Filesend, DepositFiles or MMegaupload - this script is for you.
