I was introduced to Reroute/Mutiny Design by a friend who had used their service and been pleased with the results.

Our need was quite simple, we had the idea of a great product and knew that the pricing and service would appeal to the consumer, however we had need for considerable support in the design and build of the website as well as the search engine marketing. The very best of products can fail if the process doesnt work or no one knows it exists.

It is not difficult to find a company that can build a smart looking website. It is a little more difficult to find a company that can also develop and integrate complicated transactional services with numerous suppliers. However my experience in the past is that it is impossible to find a company that will carry out significant SEO work without charging a high up front fee with no guarantee of success. Where we have retained the services of SEO companies in the past we have always been disappointed with the results. In Reroute/Mutiny Design we were impressed to find a company that appeared able to fulfil all three aspects of our requirements with an approach to fees that was conducive to building long term relationships.

We are now 6 months into a 12 month programme, the website has been designed, built and is fully functional for all phase one products. SEO optimisation has started and we can see that we are now registering for our chosen keywords and look forward to progress up the pages.

New launches are never plain sailing and this project had its fair share of issues thrown at it, however we have found the Reroute/Mutiny Design team approachable, understandable and focussed on the task in had.
